Benefit of Swimming

Swimming is the best sport so far for those who are eagerly want to lose their weight. hehe. For me, it is the best sport because when we are swim, we can feel the cold of water. Besides that, swimming can encourage our self to face the water. 

So, lets see what is the benefits of swimming. 

First of all, with swimming, it can build and toughen our muscle. This is due to the fact that, water consist of 12 times density compared than air. When we are make any motion in the water it is as same as we are being chased by dog. Swim in the fast and regular condition it will increase cardiovascular and toughen the muscle. 

Secondly, it will increase the heart health. By making regular swimming, the heart function can improve. Our heart will pumping blood properly in our body. Research from Columbia University, with swimming, we can avoid our self from heart attack. 

                                          

 Lastly, swimming only half an hour will burn our calories between 200-300 based on our intensity swimming technique. 

Thats all for the benefit that I can share with you. Swimming its the best sport and we can say, after all it is our prophet sunnah.
